- Who owns the domain and files?
- You do. The domain is registered in your name, the site files are yours, and hosting sits in your account. If we ever part ways, you take it all with you.
- How long does it take?
- About a week from the day you send me your content. If you are still gathering photos or menu items, it stretches a little. I will always tell you a real date.
- What if I want changes later?
- Small tweaks (a phone number, a new menu item, a photo swap) are quick and cheap. Bigger changes are quoted per job. No monthly retainer.
